Meet Cristina Cummins! Cristina is our Motivating Mom of the Month for February! We love how Cristina always brings a smile and a positive attitude to class and inspires us to keep pushing through our workouts! Thanks for being such an inspiration Cristina!
We asked Cristina a few questions, and here is what she had to say:
Who are the members of your family? The members of my family are: my husband Scott, our son Trevor and me.
When did you come to your first FIT4MOM Palos Verdes & San Pedro workout and who or what got you there? One year ago I came to my first FIT4MOM workout. I discovered FIT4MOM one day when I brought Trevor to play at White Point Park and noticed lots of mothers with their babies, strollers and exercise bands. It was close to Valentine's Day and delicious treats were being passed around after class. I approached one of the mothers and she directed me to Stephanie, who I instantly adored. I signed up the moment I got home. My prayers had been answered!
What is your FIT4MOM why - what keeps you coming to workout, keeps you involved? Fitness and exercise have always been a big part of my life, so my FIT4MOM "why" is so that I can get a great workout without having to leave Trevor. I want him to see that exercise is healthy and fun and brings us together with friends. What keeps me coming to workout is I love being with other moms and sharing stories, advice and laughs.
What is one of your favorite exercises you have done with FIT4MOM? My favorite exercises are the hill climb to the top of Friendship Park and the climb back up from Royal Palms.
