Pamela is mom to Anahlyn (born 2009) and Gracie (born 2018). She moved to Rancho Palos Verdes from Glendale in 2016 and joined F4M in 2019 shortly after Gracie was born. She found it is an instant community and both Pamela and her girls loved the F4M village as it instantly became family.

Pamela is currently a stay-at-home mom following a 15+ year career in the medical field and 8 years on the road touring with her Country band. She is a licensed holistic massage therapist with plans to return to school next fall to complete her nursing degree.

You will rarely find Pamela sitting on the couch enjoying a quiet moment. She’s always looking for a project to do around the house, she may be outside gardening or hosting endless play dates. She enjoys being kept busy and loves being a FIT4MOM instructor!
