Pamela is mom to Anahlyn (born 2009) and Gracie (born 2018). She moved from Glendale to Rancho Palos Verdes in 2016 and joined FIT4MOM in 2019 shortly after Gracie was born. From her very first class, she discovered an instant community — one that quickly became family for both her and her girls.

Today, Pamela is the proud owner and Lead Instructor of FIT4MOM Palos Verdes & San Pedro, following a 15+ year career in the medical field and eight years touring with her country band. She also owns Momcierge, LLC, where she works with moms to assist in everything “MOM.” In addition to running her businesses, Pamela volunteers weekly at her church, is the former PTA president at Gracie’s school, and is a certified holistic massage therapist — all while chauffeuring her teen across the PV Peninsula!

You’ll rarely find Pamela sitting still — she’s usually diving into a new home project, tending to her garden, or hosting one of her many playdates. She thrives on staying busy and is deeply passionate about growing FIT4MOM’s village — a space where moms can connect, feel supported, and find their strength in motherhood.
